These terms are an agreement between you and PGJMiles Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada under Ontario Corporation Number 1000463331. They cover pgjmiles.com and every website and application operated by PGJMiles Inc. By using any of them, you agree to what is set out here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old to use our products, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at info@pgjmiles.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the service to help anyone else break it.
- Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
- Scrape, mirror, or resell the service or its content without written permission.
- Interfere with the service, overload it, or work around its security or rate limits.
- Upload malware or anything designed to cause damage.
Your content
Anything you upload or post stays yours. By submitting it you give us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the service. That licence ends when you delete the content, other than for copies kept in routine backups. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.
Our content
The service itself, including software, design, text, and branding, belongs to PGJMiles Inc. or its licensors. You get a personal, non transferable, revocable licence to use it as intended. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Third party services
Our products may connect to third party platforms and link to third party sites. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Paid features
Where a product has paid plans, prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Taxes are added where applicable.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or is used to harm other users. Where it is reasonable to do so we will give notice first.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet a specific requirement of yours. We may change or discontinue features, and where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PGJMiles Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or one hundred Canadian dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover PGJMiles Inc. against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
